This toolkit is a guide to assist in the ongoing efforts to improve community policing practices across Europe. It has been developed keeping the needs of both police practitioners and citizens in mind. Throughout the toolkit, practitioners can find examples of promising practices in community policing as well as tools which can support their effort, according to local context and needs.
The toolkit also includes detailed instructions and user manuals for the use of the CITYCoP backend system and the CITYCoP app, which are designed to provide support for the users of these products.
